We're independently audited every year and certified against ISO 27001, the internationally recognised benchmark for data security. It is not a box-ticking exercise. It's ingrained in how we run the business.
GDPR and UK GDPR Compliant
We are fully compliant with GDPR and UK GDPR. You remain the data controller at all times. We act as your joint processor or simply processor where required.
Annual Penetration Testing
Every year, an independent security agency attempts to break into our platform. Any vulnerabilities they find, we fix. It is a deliberate way to stay ahead of threats rather than react to them.
End-to-End Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your research data is protected at every point of its journey, not just when it is sitting still.
Built in privacy and role-based permissions
This is true of our platform and team. Every person on your project (participant and researcher) only sees what they need to. We set granular access controls for researchers, observers, moderators, and clients, so access is always intentional and never accidental.
AI is not trained on your data
Your online community data is not retained by, or used to train any AI LLMs. Your participant's data remains secure.
Right to Deletion
If a participant or client requests deletion of their data, we act within 72 hours. No delay, no back-and-forth. All backups of community content are permanently deleted after 6 months.
World class infrastructure
We make use of world class suppliers like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google to ensure our infrastructure is built on a reliable foundation.

As members of both the UK Market Research Society (MRS) and ESOMAR we abide by their global research standards.
Annual training
