Discovery
We start with a conversation. Before any design decisions are made, we want to understand the business challenge, what decision it needs to inform, what you already know, who will act on the findings, internal deadlines, and what success looks like. This is accompanied by an in-depth exploration of the product, service, or opportunity being researched.

Design
We draw on over a decade of online research experience to tailor an approach to your specific objectives. This includes suggesting participant profiles, drafting and finalising a screener, and creating an activity framework for you to consider.

Recruitment
We have researched in more than 30 languages across 92 countries. Once you have signed off on the screener and participant profiles, we draw on our global network of qualitative recruiters and panels. We manage the entire process and share recruited participant profiles with you before the research begins.

Set up
Once you have signed off on the activity framework, we configure the platform to suit your objectives: designing the look and feel, creating and scheduling tasks, uploading stimulus materials, and setting up participant profiles and invitations. Set-up runs in parallel with recruitment so no time is lost.

Launch, live community and moderation
We onboard participants and the community goes live on the agreed date. Our moderators check in daily, probe for depth, and keep engagement high. incAI works in the background from the first response: transcribing audio and video, translating non-English content, and flagging potential AI-generated posts. You have full visibility throughout.

Analysis begins as soon as responses start arriving. Our researchers look not just at what participants said, but at the patterns, tensions, and surprises that speak to your business question.
