Life at incling

Our culture shapes our every day

We live and work as an online community ourselves. That means no fixed office, a team spread across four regions, and a shared belief that great research comes from great people working in an environment that suits them.

Remote working

At incling, what you do matters far more than when or where you do it. With no fixed office space, our team is based across the UK, EU, South Africa, and the US. We live the solution we sell.

Flexible hours

Most people are more creative when work fits around the other important things in their lives. Everyone at incling works flexibly between 7am and 9pm GMT.

Regular meet-ups and co-working

We meet a few times a year to celebrate achievements as a team. Our meet-ups are always part fun, part adventure, and part learning. A key incling tradition.

Constant learning

New joiners have the opportunity to complete the MRS advanced certificate and everyone has access to an annual training budget. We run an internal incling academy so we can constantly learn from one another.

Close collaboration

Geographically dispersed but tightly knit. We keep in touch and collaborate daily using a range of digital tools that keep everyone connected across timezones.
