Services and support
We offer a range of support, management and set up services so researchers can focus on the insight. These are costed for on a case by case basis and prices are based on location, languages, number of participants and the time required.

Global and local recruitment
Share your spec and we'll handle all aspects of recruitment including sourcing tried and tested local agencies, drafting and finalising the screener, managing and reviewing profiles and ensuring replacements are made quickly if someone drops out.
Onboarding
We can take on all elements of onboarding including setting up profiles, creating segments, setting up onboarding questions/screeners, sending out invites or working closely with your recruiter to ensure all participants are signed up to the platform in time to join the first task.
Activity guide design
Have a clear idea of what you'd like to get out of your research but unsure which tasks might suit your objectives, our team of experienced researchers can draft a full activity plan for you. Share your objectives and leave it to us, we'll share a draft and tweak it until you're happy to launch.
Set up
Short on time? We can set up all the tasks, interviews and focus groups on the platform for you. This includes set up of all tasks, instructions, sequencing, routing, privacy settings, reminders, permissions and sample selection.
Community management
This includes daily checks of your community and tasks, checking completions and sending out reminders, liaising with recruiters and managing completions. We can also take on calculating and administering incentives if you'd prefer to hand over the admin while you focus on the research.
Qualitative moderation
We have an in-house team of experienced qualitative researchers who could moderate your online tasks, video focus groups or video interviews. If you're running a multi-market project we'll lean on our network of tried and trusted local consultants to moderate under our guidance and supervision.
AI assisted moderation
Make use of our built in AI tools to provide assistance in the form of suggested probes or choose tasks to be auto moderated by our AI moderator, IncAI. Select a tone, share your objectives and guide the AI moderator with suggested probes to ensure it's prompts align with the research. This can be done across our tasks.
Summaries
Our team of seasoned researchers can assist by pulling together thematic summaries of the data with supporting quotes and videos to feed into your reports. These are cost effective alternatives to full insight reports which we deliver in word. This is a great way to get quick feedback for multi-market studies.

These costs are calculated based on services required and the number of active participants you intend to host. These participants can be replaced and refreshed at any time without any surprise additional costs.

Yearly subscription (multi-platform)
Multi-platformA yearly subscription lets you use your research days across as many platforms, languages and projects as you need. You estimate how many projects you might want to run over the course of a year and we'll suggest a package suited to your needs. This can be upgraded at any point.
Best for: agencies with client portfolios, in-house insight teams running multiple studies.
