incling Live Chat
incling Live Chat lets you run video focus groups and in-depth interviews directly within your community platform. Participants join from any device with no app required, and every session is automatically recorded.
Transcripts, translations, and AI summaries are ready immediately after each session ends. Researchers can pre-load discussion guides and stimuli, manage participants, and launch questions at any point during the session. A virtual backroom gives observers a private space to follow along and message the moderator without participants seeing.
Simultaneous translation
Take your live research global with incling's built-in simultaneous translation channel. A human translator works in real time so international teams, clients, and colleagues can follow along live, regardless of the language being spoken.
